Gratitude Crystal Grid

The holiday season is about giving, gratitude, and gathering together with family and friends. Creating a crystal grid to affirm your joy and thanks is a beautiful tribute for the many blessings in your life.

I chose a five-pointed star for my Gratitude Grid to represent the five elements and five platonic solids of sacred geometry, which are the building blocks of creation.
The five arms of the star symbolize the following: Icosahedron, Dodecahedron, Tetrahedron, Octahedron, and Cube. Each platonic solid has a corresponding element: Water, Earth, Fire, Air, and Ether (aka Gaia in sacred geometry and/or the Element of Storm).
What better way to offer our gratitude than to acknowledge the foundations of all life?
You can make your grid with any of your favorite crystals or stones. Amethyst, Citrine, Aquamarine, Moss Agate, and Clear Quartz in my grid represent the five elements to send high-vibration energies rippling out into the universe.
Rose Quartz at the center of this grid amplifies the intention of love as the guiding force in our lives.

Aquamarine (Water): A stone reminiscent of calm, clear seas; we remember to go with the flow in any circumstance.
Moss Agate (Earth): A stone of fertility and hope; we appreciate our health and wellness. (Note: If you have health concerns, set your intention to be nurtured by the element of Earth to aid in your recovery.)
Citrine (Fire): An Uplifting and empowering crystal; we are called to nurture joy and generosity with self and others.
Amethyst (Air): A spiritually awakening crystal; we open to the divine perfection unfolding in our journeys.
Clear Quartz (Ether/Gaia/Storm): Programmable and a magnifier of energy, Quartz is the perfect vessel to usher our gratitude outward from the grid.
Putting your grid together:
•I chose 5 of each stone for the grid, for a total of 25 (+1 Rose Quartz). If you have 1 of each stone (for a total of 5 + 1 Rose Quartz) that will work just fine. It should be noted that the more crystals you can add, the more powerful your grid will be.
•Lay one line of the same stone in each direction of the star. As you place the crystals in each direction, offer gratitude for the element it symbolizes. (Examples: Water/wash away the past; Earth/nurture self and others; Fire/Light within and without; Air/Breathe in every moment; Ether/Spirit is infinite)
•When you have completed all lines of the star, use you finger or a crystal point to activate the grid. Start at the center and move along each line, sending your love and gratitude out and up into the sky.

That’s it! Giving thanks is an easy AND powerful exercise. Leave your grid up through the holidays and note any differences you feel. We would love to hear your experiences with your own Gratitude Grid!
