MEDITATION IN A MINUTE (and a half)!
Try this healing tip for the holidays that fits your busy schedule to calm, center, and recharge you in just 90 seconds.
~
(Steps 1 to 4 help you quickly let go of tension and re-energize the flow in your body - 40 seconds)
~
1: Shoes off! Stand up tall, feet hip-width apart.
2. Inhale quickly and blow out firmly. Repeat with next step.
3: Raise your arms up high. Roll your head. Shake out your fingers, hands, elbows & shoulders.
4. Re-align your stance and wiggle like a snake starting at your head down to your feet.

(Steps 6 to 8 calm and re-center your awareness - 45 seconds!)

5. Palms together at your heart. Pick a word as your focus (Calm, Joy, Peace, Love, etc.)
6. Inhale for a count of 3 thinking of your word. Exhale for a count of 3 saying the word. Repeat 3 times.
7. Take one last, slow breath in….and out. Open your eyes.
